Free accounting & tax resources for companies in Vietnam
A Chau compiles practical toolkits that help owners and finance teams in Vietnam meet filing obligations on time, avoid penalties and keep the books audit-ready. The toolkits are written for the Vietnamese tax system, so the downloadable versions are in Vietnamese. Below are the eight toolkits we currently maintain, what each one covers, and how to get an English version.

How to get the toolkits
The eight toolkits above are produced for the Vietnamese market. Two ways to obtain them:
- Vietnamese version, delivered immediately — request the toolkit you need and we send the file by email.
- English version or a bilingual version — tell us which toolkit and which language; our team converts the workbook (checklists, worksheets, calendars) into English for your finance team.
Both requests go through the same channel: call the consulting hotline on 0776 112 333, message us on Zalo, or send the request from the contact page. There is no charge for the toolkits.
What the toolkits do not do
Checklists and worksheets tell you whether a task exists and whether it is done — they do not decide a tax position. Figures such as deductible limits, rates and deadlines change with each new decree or circular, so treat the numbers in a toolkit as a starting point and confirm the position that applies to your company before filing.
