2. Scope

These terms apply when you visit the website, submit a form, download a document, register for a webinar, request a quotation or use our services.

For accounting and tax engagements, the signed service agreement and its annexes govern the relationship between you and A Chau. Where these terms differ from the signed agreement, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

The processing of personal data is governed separately by our Privacy Policy.

3. Website content and limits of advice

Articles, reference price tables, checklists, templates and calculators on this website provide general information about accounting, tax and business management in Vietnam.

Content reflects the legal documents in force at the time of publication. Where the law changes, some content may not yet be updated.

Website content is not a professional opinion on a specific case. Before applying it to your own filings, please discuss the matter with A Chau or with a practitioner who meets the qualifications required by Vietnamese law.

Prices shown on the website are indicative only. Official fees are set out in a written quotation and the service agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and only upload or send documents and data you are entitled to provide;
Remain responsible for the legality, completeness and accuracy of the documents you supply;
Not post unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others;
Not scrape or automatically copy data, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the system, distribute malware or otherwise interfere with the website;
Not impersonate A Chau, our staff or another user;
Keep your login credentials confidential where a client area is provided.

5. Intellectual property

The content, layout, source code, images, trademarks and documents on this website belong to A Chau or to licensors. You may view, download and print content for internal use. When quoting, you must credit dichvuketoanachau.com and must not alter the substance. Commercial use requires our written consent.

6. Services, fees and payment

The scope of work, timeline, fees, payment terms and any additional costs are set out in the quotation and the service agreement.

We perform only the work agreed in writing. Additional work outside that scope is confirmed by an annex or a new quotation before it starts.

7. Confidentiality

We keep client information, records and data confidential in accordance with the service agreement and Vietnamese law on accounting, tax and personal data protection. Details of what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites such as Google, Zalo, Facebook or accounting software providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before use.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the website will always be available, free of technical error or free of content that has not yet been updated.

To the extent permitted by law, A Chau is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss arising from applying website content to a specific case without advice on that case.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability where Vietnamese law does not allow exclusion or limitation, and nothing here removes a client’s rights under a signed service agreement.

10. Changes to the website and to these terms

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website. Where a change materially affects users, we will announce it on the website.

We may amend these terms. An amendment takes effect when published on this page, which always shows the last updated date.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation within 30 days of written notice by one party. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may refer it to the competent People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
